Service Area: We currently deliver to customers in the Saint Cloud area, including Saint Cloud, Waite Park, St. Augusta, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, St. Joseph, and St. John’s University.

Delivery Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday – Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Delivery Method: Microgreens are delivered in sealed, food-safe containers to maintain freshness. Orders are delivered directly to your door or to the designated drop-off location provided at checkout.

Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order during your delivery window, your order will be left in a safe, shaded location when possible. Once the order is delivered to the address provided, ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be considered fulfilled once delivery is attempted. Additional delivery attempts may incur a fee.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays: Deliveries may be rescheduled due to extreme weather, road closures, or events beyond our control. You will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
Liability Disclaimer

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, Hazy Habit is not responsible for damage, spoilage, theft, or loss of the product.

We are not liable for issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

The product being left unattended after delivery.

Improper storage or handling of the product after delivery.

Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.

By placing an order, you agree that our responsibility for your order ends upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Refund & Replacement Policy

No Monetary Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we do not issue cash or credit refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement Guarantee: If there is an issue with your order (quality, freshness, or fulfillment), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and, if possible, photos of the product. Upon review and approval, we will replace your order at no additional cost, delivered on our next available delivery day.

Exclusions: Replacement orders will not be issued for concerns reported after the 24-hour window or for issues caused by customer mishandling or delay in retrieving the order.
Case-by-Case Consideration
While our policy above is firm, we understand unique situations may arise. At our sole discretion, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis if circumstances warrant—such as a first-time customer mistake or an isolated issue that we believe should be corrected as a courtesy. These decisions are made individually and do not imply an ongoing obligation to offer similar accommodations in the future.
